General terms of sale — ADN Performance
Updated on 1 October 2026.
1. Seller and scope
ADN PERFORMANCE SRL, Bergensesteenweg 421/13, B-1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium. Enterprise number (BCE): 0802.366.974 — VAT: BE 0802.366.974. Contact: info@adnperformance.be.
Consulting and business development assignments require a quote or contract specifying scope, deliverables, timetable, fees and expenses. The site does not enable automatic purchase of these assignments.
These terms apply to new orders. Earlier orders remain governed by the accepted version and mandatory rules. A quote or confirmation describes specific offer terms.
2. Offer, price and order
Before ordering, the client receives the description, duration or dates, location or delivery arrangements, total price, VAT and mandatory charges. Prices excluding VAT inform professionals; the VAT-inclusive payable total must be shown before commitment. Discounts, included materials, fees and prerequisites are stated in the offer.
The client can check and correct details before validation. Paid orders require express acceptance of the terms and unambiguous acknowledgement of the payment obligation. Confirmation and applicable terms are provided on a durable medium, including email. Browsing, a free listing or an information request is not an order.
3. Payment and performance
Payment method and deadline are stated before ordering. Where Stripe payment is offered, it follows a secure process; a return page alone is not proof of payment. Registrations, services and promotions are confirmed after checking the order and required payment. Invoices are issued by ADN PERFORMANCE SRL.
4. Quoted assignments
The contract defines objectives, deliverables, client dependencies and acceptance criteria. Substantial scope, timetable or price changes require agreement. Assignments are obligations of reasonable effort unless a result is expressly guaranteed. Deliverable usage rights, confidentiality and maintenance responsibilities are defined in the contract.
5. Consumer withdrawal
A customer acting outside their professional activity has 14 calendar days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without reason. A training course's fixed date does not alone remove this right. Professional purchases do not automatically confer it; customer status depends on the purchase's actual purpose.
You can use the 'Withdraw from the contract' function, send a clear statement to info@adnperformance.be or write to the registered office. The model form is optional. Sending before the deadline is sufficient. Amounts due are refunded without undue delay, within 14 days of notification, using the same payment method unless another cost-free method is expressly agreed.
Performance before the deadline requires the consumer's express request. Withdrawal after requested commencement may entail only a proportionate amount for work performed under legal conditions. Loss of the right after full performance requires prior express consent and acknowledgement. General acceptance of terms or payment alone is not such consent.
6. Complaints and liability
Send your request with order details and facts. Statutory rights remain applicable to missing or non-conforming services. No clause removes mandatory rights or liability for fraud or gross negligence. Obstacles to performance are communicated to agree a proportionate solution.
7. Disputes
Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory residence-country protection where required. If amicable resolution fails, consumers may contact the Consumer Mediation Service. Competent courts are determined by applicable rules; exclusive jurisdiction cannot deprive consumers of their rights.
8. Data and version
Order data follows the privacy policy. Terms and confirmations should be retained with the order to identify the accepted version.
